What is Metrics Navigator?

Metrics Navigator explores various analytical ideas. The purpose is to allow people to think about exploration of metrics based on a certain point of view and then ideally draw their own conclusions; even better, to dig into topics for themselves. Any code used to wrangle data and visualize it will usually make its way to GitHub (metricsnavigator).
